Job Summary: We are seeking self-employed collaborating chefs to conduct experiential cooking workshops, leading participatory sessions with groups and ensuring a dynamic and well-organized experience. Collaborate on an experiential gastronomic project **Collaborating Chef (Self-employed) – Cooking Workshops** At **Aromas \| Cooking Workshops and Gastronomic Experiences**, we are looking for **self-employed collaborating chefs** to deliver experiential cooking workshops at our venue located in **La Laguna (Tenerife)**. This is a **per-session collaboration**, not a traditional kitchen position nor a continuous employment relationship. **Responsibilities** * Deliver participatory cooking workshops for groups of up to 20 people. * Conduct sessions clearly, dynamically, and in an organized manner. * Attend to the group and properly manage the workshop pace. * Ensure the experience unfolds correctly according to the defined format. **Profile** * Chef with experience in cooking and direct public interaction. * Strong communication skills and comfort speaking in front of audiences. * Organized, solution-oriented, and professional profile. * Positive attitude and customer-experience orientation. **Conditions** * Collaboration as a self-employed professional. * Workshops last **2.5 hours**. * **Compensation: €150 per workshop** (equivalent to the hourly range indicated on the platform). * Session-based activity, scheduled according to calendar and availability. * No exclusivity.
