Main responsibilities include preparing ingredients, such as cutting, peeling and washing food, all according to established recipes or adapting to the specific requirements of each dish. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for cooking and final presentation of dishes, applying various cooking techniques such as direct heat, baking or frying. Ensuring food quality and strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations will be essential. Inventory management and supply requests will also be handled. Previous verifiable experience in similar kitchen positions is required.
