**Description:** ---------------- Micofer by Empatif is seeking an experienced Maitre (M/F) for events. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and lead dining room and support staff teams, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. * Plan and organize human resources according to event schedules and operational needs. * Supervise compliance with established procedures and work standards in the F\&B department. * Manage inventories, monitor consumption, and ensure availability of necessary materials for each service. * Ensure proper preparation, storage, and service of beverages, maintaining quality and hygiene standards. * Support commercial activities, promotions, tastings, and personalized customer service as required. * Organize shifts, assign responsibilities, and monitor staff productivity and working hours. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk prevention, hygiene, corporate image, and customer service standards. * Coordinate with F\&B management activities before, during, and after each service or event. * Identify, report, and resolve operational incidents to ensure smooth execution of activities. * Supervise setup and breakdown of event spaces, furniture, and equipment required for events and services. * Apply and supervise protocol and organizational standards for ceremonies, meetings, and special events.
