As a Section Head, your main responsibilities will be: * Performing qualified control and supervision duties for the assigned kitchen section and/or service under the direction of the Head Chef. * Performing cook duties. * Participating in the control of procurement, preservation, and storage of goods. * Preparing reports on resource management and processes within your section and/or service. * Collaborating in training personnel under your supervision.
