Traffic Controller (Night Shift)

Moventis Costa, a company integrated within Moventis, is seeking to incorporate a Traffic Controller at our Malgrat de Mar base. Reporting to the Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for managing drivers and services to optimize operations and deliver high-quality service. What will your responsibilities be? * Assisting drivers * Issuing and collecting vehicle keys and fuel cards * Informing and explaining scheduled services to drivers * Monitoring service execution (Traffic Control) * Recording service modifications in the computer system * Coordinating and planning fleet and driver movements * Booking hotels and flights for drivers when necessary * Providing telephone support to drivers and clients regarding ongoing services * Resolving incidents * Reviewing and preparing the next day’s services What would we like you to bring? * A proactive and dynamic personality * Strong teamwork skills * Experience working under time pressure with agility * An open character and excellent interpersonal skills (we interact with a team of 240 drivers) * Proficiency in standard office software; intermediate knowledge of Excel * Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM * Availability to cover biweekly weekend on-call shifts from 11:00 AM, including a 1-hour lunch break (total 10 hours) Why join Moventia? * Join a solid, growing corporate group * Opportunities for professional development and training * Access to a flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs (e.g., private health insurance, meal vouchers...)
