SENIOR PRL TECHNICIAN - HUESCA

We are looking for a **SENIOR PRL TECHNICIAN** with at least **4 years of experience** in the construction sector, specifically in building construction. Your mission will be to ensure that all our activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations and to promote a culture of workplace safety. **What are we looking for?** * **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years as a PRL Technician, preferably in the construction sector. * **Education**: Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum advanced level). * **Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to construction. * **Skills**: Leadership ability, effective communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving skills. **What will be your mission?** * **Risk assessment**: Conduct risk analyses on construction sites and determine corrective measures to ensure a safe working environment. * **Training and development**: Deliver training to workers on occupational risk prevention, safe practices, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Report preparation**: Document incidents and prepare reports on safety conditions at construction sites. * **Team collaboration**: Work closely with various site teams to ensure compliance with all safety protocols. * **Regulatory updates**: Stay informed about local and European PRL regulations to implement necessary changes. * **Promote safety culture**: Implement awareness campaigns on occupational safety. * **Safety audits**: Conduct periodic safety audits and propose process improvements to enhance worksite safety. **Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in projects related to the construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical substations. * Advanced technical knowledge of electrical systems, substation equipment, and applicable regulations. * Experience working in companies within the electrical sector (e.g., Elecnor, Cobra, or similar). * Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. **We offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Competitive salary. * Professional growth and career development within an expanding company. * Additional benefits and a collaborative, professional work environment. **Interested in the challenge?** Apply now or share this opportunity with someone who fits the profile.
