Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning DESCRIPTION At **Kenos Technology**, we are looking for a **Mainframe Analyst / Developer with experience in payment methods** and a profile oriented toward **technical and functional analysis**, to participate in a **payment methods migration project** at a **banking institution**. We are not seeking a purely technical profile, but rather someone capable of understanding the business, analyzing the impact of changes, and operating effectively in uncertain or poorly documented environments. #### **Your Role and Challenge** * Analyze current payment systems running on **Mainframe environments**. * Actively participate in the **migration** of these systems, ensuring business continuity. * Serve as a bridge between the technical team and business users (banking). * Develop, maintain, and optimize critical applications in **COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS**. * Work in a highly uncertain environment, where adaptability and functional analysis will be key. * **Initial duration: 4 months (with possibility of extension).** REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of experience in Mainframe environments (8\-10+ years is highly valued). * Advanced proficiency in: * **COBOL** * **JCL** * **DB2** * **CICS / IMS / TSO / ISPF (Host environment)** * **Experience in payment methods: wire transfers, SEPA, cards, remittances, authorizers, ISO 8583, SWIFT, etc.** * Ability to work as a functional/technical analyst: understand business requirements, document them, and propose solutions. * Experience in **banking migrations (mergers, platform changes, rehosting) – highly valued.** #### **What We Offer?** * **Work: Remote from Spain** * **Flexible compensation:** Option to choose among various benefits, such as meal vouchers, health insurance, transport cards, or childcare vouchers. * **Continuous training:** Opportunities for professional development and learning * **Flexible working hours and intensive schedule in July, August, and Fridays.** * Subsidized **psychotherapy service**. * **Personalized follow-up.** * **Referral rewards**: Incentives for recommending talent.
