Together, we are building a more sustainable and innovative future, full of new opportunities. We are currently seeking a Junior Thermal/Hybrid Engine Test Bench Engineer to join our technical team. The primary mission of this role is to participate in the development and evolution of testing activities within the assigned scope. The selected candidate will contribute to continuous process improvement by collaborating on defining technical solutions, implementing new practices, and supporting production-phase activities—all with a focus on quality, efficiency, and meeting deadlines. Accordingly, the responsibilities are as follows: * Creation of test procedures and methodologies. * Deployment of new methodologies and/or modifications within the assigned scope. * Participation in defining test equipment. * Support for series production, focusing on quality, cost, and schedule. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Continuous professional development. * Competitive salary. * A participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment—we love teamwork! * Working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \#LI\-NA1 **Requirements:** --------------- Below are the minimum requirements necessary to perform this position: * University degree in Engineering. * At least 1 year of experience in this role or in the functions described. * Familiarity with programming in LabVIEW and National Instruments data processing, CONCERTO, Matlab, Python, StarsVets, INCA, and/or PUMA is desirable. * Knowledge of power electronics and electric motor testing protocols; prototyping for system simulation; transmission test benches; and roller test benches is desirable. * High level of English—minimum B2. * French language skills are desirable.
