We are expanding our Building Construction team | WSP in Valladolid, within the Construction Services | WSP division, and are looking to hire a **Junior Technical Architect**. **What will you do with us? What will be your role?** Your primary role will be to closely collaborate with the Construction Manager, particularly during the post-construction phase, ensuring technical compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction—mainly for projects located in Valladolid, Burgos, and Madrid. You will join a multidisciplinary team working on high-level architecture and engineering projects focused on residential and landmark buildings. This is a technically experienced team where you will participate in construction management and the post-construction phase, handling incidents and client communication. You will contribute to projects by performing measurements, preparing budgets, and drafting health and safety studies while learning from senior professionals and becoming familiar with all stages of the construction process—from planning to handover—all within an environment committed to continuous training and professional growth. **What are we looking for?** A degree in **Technical Architecture or Building Engineering** is required; having at least two years’ experience in building construction projects is considered advantageous. A Master’s degree in **Occupational Health and Safety** is a plus, as is proficiency with specialized software such as AutoCAD and Presto, and experience in measurements, budgeting, and certifications. We seek a person with strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills, motivated to develop professionally within the sector.
