The candidate will join the Process Engineering department and play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving assembly processes—from the initial project phases through to full-scale production. **WHAT DO THEY OFFER?** **Participation in industrial projects:** You will work on defining and implementing processes associated with new products and projects. **End-to-end process visibility:** You will be involved from pre-production and industrialization phases through to product launch and series production. **Technical and multidisciplinary environment:** You will collaborate with project teams, design, product engineering, quality, production, and suppliers. **Direct impact on manufacturing:** Your decisions will contribute to improving quality, safety, productivity, and competitiveness of manufacturing processes. **Professional development:** You will have opportunities to grow within a technologically demanding, multinational environment committed to continuous improvement. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** You will design, plan, and implement assembly processes enabling safe, robust, and efficient manufacturing of high-quality products—ensuring that production resources and work instructions fully meet the technical requirements of each project. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** * You will work with internal teams—including Project Management, Applications Engineering, and Design Engineering—to plan the industrialization of new products. * You will participate across all project stages—from pre-production through final implementation in the factory. * You will analyze product requirements and specifications to define necessary equipment, production resources, and layouts. * You will specify, plan, and introduce new assembly processes. * You will develop and implement work instructions for production teams. * You will train production staff on the safe and correct use of new processes and equipment. * You will design robust, competitive, and quality-focused processes. * You will incorporate error-proofing systems and Poka\-Yoke solutions where required. * You will ensure data capture and traceability at critical points in the manufacturing process. * You will collaborate with suppliers on the technical definition, procurement, validation, and commissioning of new production equipment. * You will monitor equipment and resources to ensure their implementation aligns with project timelines. * You will support the development and updating of product DFMEA analyses. * You will provide technical support to production during product launches and throughout the product lifecycle. * You will participate in cross-functional APQP meetings, contributing the process and manufacturing perspective. * You will prepare technical documentation and presentations for internal meetings or customer engagements. * You will collaborate with other members of the Process Engineering department to achieve departmental goals. * You will uphold and promote safety and environmental policies. **YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU BRING…** * A university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering—or equivalent qualifications. * 2–4 years of experience in process engineering, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering. * Experience in defining and implementing assembly processes and equipment. * Knowledge of process control equipment and systems. * Understanding of work study methodologies, time-and-motion analysis. * Advanced English proficiency, with strong oral and written communication skills in a professional setting. * Ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical, robust solutions. * Customer orientation—both internal and external. * Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with suppliers. * Initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement. **WHY TRUST BATEA?** * **PROXIMITY**: At Batea, we treat you as we would wish to be treated during a selection process.
