At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future — and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ormazabal Igorre seeks to incorporate personnel into its mechanical assembly team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble various components inside Medium Voltage switchgear cells (membranes, mica sheets, retainers, fuse carrier tubes, circuit breakers, busbars, capacitors, interfaces, etc.), updating equipment traceability, following assembly instructions, and using electronic torque tools. * Work on an assembly line operating under a lean production system, which requires maintaining a consistent work pace with scheduled breaks. * Perform assembly inspections to ensure work quality and prevent production incidents or delays. * Occasionally participate in daily PCP meetings and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protective measures for personnel, facilities, and tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Degree awarded **within the last three years.** * + Intermediate Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Advanced Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. + Advanced Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics. + Full Professional Certification (ELEQ0111\) Auxiliary Operations for Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Equipment. + Professional Certification in Auxiliary Operations for Mechanical Manufacturing (FMEE0108\). + Professional Certification in Assembly and Commissioning of Industrial Equipment and Machinery (FMEE0208\). + Professional Certification in Machining, Forming, and Mechanical Assembly Production (FMEM0209\). * **Experience:** Experience in assembly-line manufacturing processes and handling of tools. * **Competencies:** + Attitude and willingness to work, adapting to changes and operational needs. + Performance: appropriate work pace, meeting established process and quality standards. + Teamwork: We operate on a production line with multiple personnel, where each person’s activities impact others. Maintaining a positive working atmosphere that supports communication is also essential. + Flexibility and adaptability to change. + Proactivity: Identify actual and potential issues affecting one’s position and take initiative to propose solutions. * **Other Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle availability for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts (three shifts).
