We are seeking qualified professionals specializing in care for dependent individuals or auxiliary nursing care, or holding the corresponding Professional Qualification Certificate for the **Home Care Service in La Cerdanya.** **Responsibilities** * Ensure the hygiene of the individuals receiving care, as well as their clothing and physical appearance. * Monitor the dietary habits of the individual receiving care, planning menus according to health and nutritional requirements specified by specialists, and assisting with food intake for those who require it. * Enhance the biopsychosocial well-being of the person cared for, as well as their family and environment. * Contribute to the social integration of the person receiving care: facilitate integration into the social environment to continue developing their physical and mental capacities.
