The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and detailed perspective to the development and execution of industrial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage industrial plant projects in the chemical, energy, and food sectors, covering all phases from planning to execution. * Supervise the planning, execution, and control of mechanical installations and equipment, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Effectively manage contractors and suppliers, guaranteeing proper selection, monitoring, and contract compliance. * Ensure application of relevant design codes such as ASME and API throughout all project phases. * Actively participate in on-site supervision and resolution of incidents, contributing field experience. * Collaborate closely with other departments (civil, electrical, process) to ensure integration and project success. * Prepare and review technical documentation, progress reports, and risk analyses. * Identify and propose improvements in design, construction, and commissioning processes. * Maintain fluent and professional communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders. * Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and methodologies in project management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in managing and executing industrial plant projects (at least 3 years’ experience in Spain). * Demonstrable experience in contractor and supplier management. * In-depth knowledge of design codes such as ASME and API. * Practical on-site experience and supervision of mechanical installations and equipment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience using specialized software for mechanical stress analysis, such as CAESAR II or AFT. * Knowledge of simulation tools such as PV\-Lite. * Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project. * Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD. * Experience in complementary industrial sectors.
