**What will be your mission?**

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the workshop, coordinating human and material resources to ensure repair quality, equipment safety, and customer satisfaction.
**️Main responsibilities**

### **People Management**
* Coordinate, organize, and supervise the daily work of the workshop’s technical team.
* Assign work orders and establish priorities based on operational needs and deadlines committed to customers.
* Manage schedules, holidays, leave requests, and absences for personnel under your supervision.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the team when handling incidents or complex repairs.
* Identify training needs and foster professional development of technicians.
### **Workshop Operational Management**
* Plan and organize maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities for vehicles and equipment.
* Supervise proper execution of work, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Monitor repair times and workshop productivity.
* Manage and optimize material resources, tools, equipment, and machinery required for daily operations.
* Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper condition of workshop facilities.
### **Economic Management and Customer Service**
* Prepare budgets and track costs.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper job planning.
* Maintain smooth communication and appropriate service for internal and external customers.
### **Safety, Health, and Environment**
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as environmental standards.
* Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and correct waste management.
* Coordinate preventive activities and promote a safe working environment.
### **Continuous Improvement**
* Implement the company’s quality, safety, and efficiency policies.
* Drive process improvements in the workshop to optimize quality, productivity, and safety.
* Collaborate with other company departments to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
**Profile we are looking for**

* Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
* Prior experience managing teams in maintenance, repair workshops, or industrial environments.
* Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
* Leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
* Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Experience with industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, or waste collection equipment is highly valued.
