TRAINER FOR THE WELCOME TRAINING ITINERARY

Description: The Social Association Andròmines is a social entity whose objective is to support individuals in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion in their sociolaboral integration. We are currently seeking to hire a Trainer for the Welcome Training Itinerary. The candidate must have experience delivering training in virtual learning environments; experience working with vulnerable or migrant populations is highly valued. Strong proficiency in ICT tools is required, especially in Moodle. In total, the Trainer will deliver 80 hours of training. Schedule: 10:00–14:00 (10:00–12:00 synchronous classes; 12:00–14:00 asynchronous classes). It is mandatory that the candidate be registered under the self-employed regime, as professional fees will be paid: €26/hour. The course is scheduled for October 2026, with some flexibility regarding start and end dates. We are seeking a Trainer to deliver a total of 80 hours of training. The training will be delivered virtually, from 10:00 to 14:00 (10:00–12:00 synchronous classes; 12:00–14:00 asynchronous classes). This training targets individuals with irregular administrative status. Training content includes: • Module A: Catalan Language Level A1 (45 hours) • Module B: Knowledge of the Labor Market and Digital Work Environment (20 hours) • Module C: Knowledge of Catalan Society and the Community Environment (15 hours) * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience delivering virtual training in welcome modules is mandatory. Full proficiency in the Moodle platform (as administrator) and Zoom or Teams is absolutely mandatory. Catalan (spoken and written: advanced level). Valuable: Level C.
