Summary: This role supports an education association, focusing on project identification, formulation, and management within the social and educational spheres, especially with a human rights approach. Focus on Human Rights Education projects Association linked to the field of public education requires a Project Technician\- MANDATORY: Young person under 30 years of age, registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register. Must be registered at SOC as a jobseeker (DONO). Must hold a university degree in fields related to social sciences, education, social work, sociology, political science, management and administration, feminism, equality, or other studies related to social and educational action; the degree must have been completed no more than 3 years ago (or 5 years if the candidate has a disability). Capacity for organization, planning and time management; teamwork and coordination with different areas of the organization; analytical, writing and synthesis skills; strong oral and written communication skills, especially in Catalan; interest in and sensitivity towards the educational, social and community sectors. Availability for punctual scheduling adjustments to accommodate activities, meetings or events; availability for occasional travel, mainly within Catalonia, to attend meetings. Desirable: complementary training related to social project management, grant application and justification, gender perspective, diversity, equality and human rights-based education. Basic knowledge of public grant call procedures; ability to support technical and financial monitoring of projects, as well as evaluation and justification processes; basic digital competencies such as use of office tools, collaborative environments and document management. TASKS: Technical and financial monitoring of projects. The selected candidate will support: Identification of Human Rights-focused Education projects aimed at the educational community. Formulation of Education projects for public grant calls at local, national and European levels. Participation in representation forums of Catalan education organizations. Participation in workshops and events related to Global Justice Education. Maintaining contacts and seeking collaborations with public administration and educational and social entities. Technical and financial monitoring of projects. Technical and financial evaluation and justification of projects. Research into possible new funding sources. CONDITIONS: Training employment contract for professional practice (12 months). Full-time. Hybrid modality. Afternoon schedule: 9:00–17:30, flexible entry and exit times, with statutory breaks. Gross monthly salary: 1\.690,56 € (14 payments). Technical and financial monitoring of projects.
