WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting documentation tasks, report/dashboard creation, contractual follow-up, and order tracking arising from planning and procurement processes for store openings, warehouse operational processes, machinery fleet management, waste management, and general expense management — aiming to automate and industrialize these activities.
YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring proper internal customer and sales support.
Ensuring correct execution of goods inbound and outbound processes.
Monitoring quantity and quality of received items.
Complying with safety regulations.
Contributing to cost management by controlling both known and unknown losses, and supporting proper preservation of company assets.
Loading/unloading goods using forklifts and receiving goods via radiofrequency.
Collaborating with your team within the framework of company values.
Participating actively in warehouse and company life.
WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a goods receiver within a logistics structure or similar role, including team management responsibilities.
Experience interacting with transport companies, managing delivery notes, and maintaining daily incoming goods records.
Experience operating machinery (forklifts, stackers, and reach trucks) and using radiofrequency devices.
Valid driver’s license.
Residence in the province where the position is located, with ability to commute to the warehouse either by personal vehicle or public transportation.
