Position Summary: Responsible for performing technical maintenance tasks in a hotel, ensuring the proper operation of facilities and compliance with operational standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform technical service and preventive maintenance tasks. 2. Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of equipment. 3. Proactive in improving results and customer satisfaction. * Perform hotel Technical Services (Maintenance) tasks to achieve objectives set by the Maintenance Manager. * Achieve objectives established in departmental operational standards. * Ensure proper operation, control, order, and cleanliness of equipment under one's responsibility. * Correctly implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan for all building machinery. * Submit necessary material requisitions to maintain departmental stock control. * Properly perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms according to brand standards. * Effectively and responsibly carry out repairs listed in maintenance work orders recorded in the system, and track these repairs—whether completed or handed over to the next shift. * Collaborate on all tasks performed by team members whenever necessary. * Assist in the correct implementation of fire prevention, safety, energy control procedures and systems, and other directives issued by Management. * Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of key hotel facility controls; measurement and monitoring of levels, temperatures, etc., as required for “operator” duties under current regulations. * Identify and recommend improvements where necessary. * Ensure appropriate spare parts stock levels. * Must be pro\-active and preventive—not re\-active. * Provide the Maintenance Manager with all relevant elements and alternatives to support decision-making within one's area. * Submit proposals to the Maintenance Manager aimed at improving results and customer satisfaction. * Regularly inform the immediate supervisor—the Maintenance Manager—of events and issues within one's area, always proposing possible solutions. Position Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Contract Duration: 10 months Salary: Up to 18\.500,00€ per year Work Location: On-site employment
