We are currently seeking a Social Worker for the Pre-emancipation Program for Young People under Guardianship. Main responsibilities include: * + Individualized information, guidance, and counseling for project participants. + Accompaniments: medical, educational, social, etc. + Monitoring and supervision of young people in reception centers, as well as providing concrete responses to each individual’s needs. + Maintenance of reception centers. + Preparation of social reports and case file management. + Coordination with external resources and institutions. + Design and implementation of workshops, training activities, cultural and leisure activities with service users. + Recording of interventions in ACCEM’s computer applications. + Participation in data analysis and support in preparing documents or reports, technical justification reports, or other required materials. + Transport of minors residing in a van. + Other complementary actions supporting program implementation. Offer includes: * Temporary substitution contract due to sick leave (IT).
