The Packaging Operator position involves participation in fundamental production processes within an industrial environment. Key responsibilities include packaging perfumes and similar products, ensuring each unit meets established quality standards for subsequent distribution. In addition, the assigned personnel will be responsible for loading and unloading materials on the production line, requiring careful and efficient handling of items. Basic product and warehouse space management is also carried out, maintaining order and facilitating inventory. Work takes place in an environment that may include explosive atmospheres; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols and applicable regulations is essential to ensure a protected workplace for all employees. This role is critical to maintaining the continuous flow of the production chain, directly contributing to operational efficiency and meeting delivery deadlines. Teamwork is required, with coordination across departments to optimize logistical processes. Tasks are dynamic and require a proactive and meticulous attitude, focused on precision and compliance with technical specifications. The role is fundamental within the production structure, offering development opportunities in a stable industrial sector. The work environment is designed to follow standardized procedures ensuring consistency in the final product output. A three-month initial contract is offered, which includes the possibility of renewal and subsequent permanent incorporation into the workforce. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with fixed shifts covering morning and afternoon schedules, specifically from 05:50 to 14:00 and from 13:50 to 22:00. Prior verifiable experience in industrial production activities is required; specific experience in packaging environments is particularly valued. Immediate availability to start the position is mandatory. No formal academic qualifications are required to perform the duties.
