Construction Technician

Description

We are seeking a technician to join a construction and renovation team in Zeneta. Main responsibilities include assisting in the planning and design of projects, as well as translating blueprints and technical specifications. The candidate will also supervise, coordinate, and carry out technical tasks on building and renovation sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established deadlines. Candidates must have training in engineering, architecture, building surveying, or related fields in construction, installations, and civil works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, blueprint interpretation and measurement, budgeting, and site management is required, along with competence in the Microsoft Office suite. The position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract, Monday through Friday, with working hours to be determined. Compensation follows the applicable collective agreement, and the start date is immediate.
