Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to supervise the physical execution of construction works, technical control, safety, permit management, and preparation of new construction and rehabilitation/renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the physical execution of construction works and technical construction control 2. Comprehensive management of permits, measurements, budgets, and valuations 3. Preparation of new construction and rehabilitation/renovation projects A Technical Architect is required to work in the Region of Murcia. Main responsibilities include supervising the physical execution of construction works, ensuring quality, safety, deadlines, and cost control. The role also entails technical construction control, occupational health and safety, permit management, measurements, budgeting, and valuations. Additionally, the candidate will prepare new construction projects as well as rehabilitation or renovation projects. Candidates must hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction, or Building Engineering (or equivalent). A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel are required. Basic-to-intermediate computer skills are desirable. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract and full-time working hours from Monday to Friday: 10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30 Monday to Thursday, and 10:00–14:00 on Friday\.
