We are looking for an operator to perform packaging, sorting, and stacking of aluminum profiles at a metallurgical company in Alcantarilla. The job involves preparing products for storage or shipment, ensuring compliance with quality and organizational standards. This is a factory environment with a sustained production pace typical of industrial settings. A valid crane operator license and hands-on experience operating overhead cranes are required, along with demonstrable prior experience in similar factory environments. The candidate must tolerate a high-paced work environment and be fully available for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. Possession of the 20-hour metal sector-specific certification is considered advantageous, though not mandatory. We seek a practical, methodical individual capable of following established procedures in repetitive yet essential tasks for the production chain. Safety in handling materials and equipment is paramount. The company provides training on its internal protocols, building upon a pre-existing foundation of technical knowledge in logistics and industrial warehouse operations. A valid crane operator license and proficiency in operating overhead cranes are required, as well as demonstrable experience in factory settings.
