Production Operator(s)

Description

We are seeking individuals to work in the production area of the Molina de Segura industrial zone. The main responsibility involves occupying various positions on a production line, performing sequential and coordinated tasks. Daily duties include basic machine supervision to ensure proper operation and detect minor incidents. Packaging and packing of the final product is also essential, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, the work area must be kept orderly, collaboration is required in moving goods, and orders must be prepared for shipment. Other support tasks may be assigned as needed. This position is part of a team where collaboration and communication are key to daily operations. The environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to varying production rhythms. Immediate start is required. A temporary contract is offered, with either part-time or full-time hours depending on availability. Ability to follow procedures and safety and hygiene regulations will be valued. Necessary training for operating equipment will be provided on the job. Residence in Molina de Segura, Las Torres de Cotillas, Alguazas, or nearby towns is required. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are mandatory. Prior experience in production environments is desirable, especially experience operating industrial machinery. Availability to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours is required. Immediate availability to start is mandatory. Strong teamwork skills are essential.
