Waiter/Waitress - Puro Café

At Orenes Grupo, we are looking for waiters/waitresses for our Puro Café cafés located in El Palmar and Sangonera. Main responsibilities include, among others: * Providing friendly and professional customer service. * Taking orders at the counter and at tables, and subsequently serving them. * Handling customer complaints and questions with empathy and efficiency. * Advising customers on products and promotions. * Preparing coffee, infusions, juices, beverages, etc. * Heating or preparing simple items such as croissants, sandwiches, toast, etc. * Monitoring service quality. * Processing customer payments, managing cash, and operating the POS system. * Keeping the café and its tableware clean. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress. * Experience using trays. * Availability to work rotating morning/afternoon shifts.
