Are you looking for a job where every day is a fun and different experience? **What will you do on a daily basis?** **Team mentoring and development:** supporting team recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance follow-up, fostering team growth and helping resolve everyday questions or needs. **Stock and inventory management:** monitoring stock levels, assisting with purchase orders, receiving and organizing merchandise, and coordinating in-store restocking. **Customer service and experience:** ensuring close, high-quality customer service, supporting the team in resolving incidents, and promoting a positive customer experience. **Store organization and maintenance:** ensuring proper product presentation, order, cleanliness, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines. **Performance target tracking:** analyzing key store metrics and guiding the team in defining actions to achieve sales and company objectives. **What are we looking for?** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education. Experience: Minimum 2 years in end-to-end store management. Languages: Intermediate English. Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
