DESCRIPTION **SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (CAREGIVERS) \- BOIRO** -------------------------------------------- The Support Technician role focuses on providing comprehensive and personalized assistance to people with disabilities, ensuring their quality of life, autonomy, and social participation. You will work in a mutually supportive environment where collaboration and respect are fundamental pillars. **Main responsibilities:** * Assistance with activities of daily living: personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, etc. * Accompaniment and support in leisure, therapeutic, and social activities. * Monitoring and oversight of users’ well-being. * Collaboration in the development and follow-up of individualized care plans. * Recording and communication of incidents and progress. * Promotion of personal autonomy and decision-making. * Support in managing medical appointments and other administrative procedures. * Creation of a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** At least 1 year of demonstrable experience as a caregiver or support technician in similar settings. * **Education:** Specific training in supporting people with disabilities, geriatrics, nursing assistance, or related fields will be valued. * **Skills:** * Strong empathy and patience. * Communication skills and active listening ability. * Capacity to work both collaboratively in a team and independently. * Responsibility and commitment. * Resilience and ability to manage complex situations. **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** Job stability within a growing company. * **Working hours:** Flexible scheduling.
