Homeowners' association comprising **multiple residential blocks, landscaped areas, and a communal swimming pool** seeks to hire a **concierge** responsible for daily operations, facility supervision, and supporting the proper functioning of common areas. Main responsibilities * Attend to homeowners, residents, visitors, and service providers. * Supervise the condition of gardens, swimming pool, building entrances, garages, access points, and other communal facilities. * Report incidents, malfunctions, or damages to the property manager, president, or governing board. * Assist in coordinating external maintenance, cleaning, gardening, swimming pool, elevator, and similar service companies. * Perform minor basic maintenance tasks in common areas. * Maintain order and ensure appropriate use of common facilities. * Supervise work carried out by external service providers within the community. Requirements * Prior experience as a concierge, doorman/porter, maintenance staff, or in a similar role. * Responsible, punctual, discreet individual with strong organizational skills. * Good interpersonal skills when dealing with neighbors, visitors, and service providers. * Ability to identify and report incidents. * Availability according to the community’s scheduling needs. * Basic knowledge of maintenance, gardening, swimming pools, electricity, or plumbing will be valued. * Experience in large communities or residential developments with multiple common areas will be an advantage.
