Therefore, we offer an Internship Program for recent university graduates who wish to join a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional competencies. For this internship, we seek recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or any other related degree—or those pending completion of their Final Degree Project—to join the Institutional Relations Department in Palma through an internship. **What does the Unit do?** Oeste Wind Business Unit. This is the department responsible for wind farms in northwestern Spain. **What will you contribute to?** 1\. Support implementation of Enel IT tools (e.g., Task Tracker). 2\. Support O\&M processes for wind farms. 3\. Digitalization of cartographic information. 4\. Preparation of technical procurement specifications. 5\. Support for ILOQ access control systems at wind turbines. 6\. Support training for Microsoft Copilot agents to integrate analog processes with AI. **What education and knowledge will be considered?** Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering English C1 **Additional knowledge/skills:** \- Microsoft Copilot\- GIS\- Courses on renewable energies\- Microsoft Office Suite\- GWO training **What do we offer?** Internships at Endesa, **SWING Program:** * Monthly gross study allowance of €900.00. * Schedule: Hybrid \- Full-time. * Workplace location in Spain: Endesa internships consist of two components: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training. The Practical Training in the Company lasts nine months. The Practical Training in the Company follows a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, includes 17 working days of annual leave, and provides a gross study allowance of €900.
