Prior experience in the hospitality sector is required. Main responsibilities include supervising the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and public areas, implementing work systems and inter-departmental coordination, organizing housekeeping services with schedules and plans, managing and motivating the team, and adjusting cleaning activities according to occupancy levels. A temporary contract is offered, with potential continuity in a new project. The salary is €1.690 gross per month paid in 12 installments, with working hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Sunday (with two days off per week according to the roster). Professional development opportunities are also available. Recent experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a hotel is required, along with team management capability, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Excel, residence in Murcia or surrounding areas, a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, as well as customer- and results-oriented mindset, are mandatory.
