At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector and a market leader, we are looking to hire personnel with experience in institutional catering. We offer you the opportunity to work during the summer months as support for our colleagues in the Healthcare\-Social division in San Javier. What Are We Looking For? As you know, by joining our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your culinary knowledge in center facilities. We are currently seeking a Cook (Healthcare, Social, and/or Senior Care). **We Offer:** * Temporary contract for staff substitution during June, July, August, September, and/or October. * Rotating work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off, morning and/or afternoon shifts (7/9 – 14/16; 13/15 – 20/22\). * Full-time position. * Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. Responsibilities * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and tools. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
