Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Trainee to support Operations, Quality, Platforms, Guest Experience, and Customer Insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support supplier management and resolution of owner-related incidents. 2. Manage property listings and short-term rental bookings. 3. Support analysis of guest reviews. At Weguest, we are looking for a Trainee to join our team. We seek a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn individual who wants to grow alongside our teams and contribute to the following functions: In the Operations and Quality teams, you will support the management of our supplier network and help resolve incidents and needs raised by property owners, thereby enhancing their experience to improve tourist satisfaction. In the Platforms team, you will assist in managing Weguest property listings. In the Guest Experience team, you will manage short-term rental bookings and ensure smooth guest arrivals and stays — delivering a perfect stay!
