Position Summary: We are seeking Logistics Team Leaders to lead operational teams in the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. At **PcComponentes**, we are looking for **three Logistics Team Leaders** to lead operational teams within the warehouse and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and service objectives. #### **What will be your mission?** Lead, coordinate, and develop an operational logistics team, ensuring efficient, orderly operations aligned with business objectives. #### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Daily planning and organization:** Plan resources and workloads between inbound and outbound operations. Manage shifts, rotations, vacations, and absences. Adjust priorities based on incoming goods, orders, and demand peaks. * **Team management and development:** Lead, motivate, and develop mixed operational teams. Monitor individual and collective performance. Provide ongoing feedback and identify training needs. * **Operational supervision (inbound / outbound):** Supervise receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, and dispatch processes. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. Ensure proper use of systems, machinery, and facilities. * **KPI monitoring:** Analyze productivity, quality, incidents, and SLA compliance. Identify deviations and propose corrective actions. Report operational results. * **Incident management and coordination:** Resolve first-level operational incidents. Coordinate with planning, transportation, quality, and HR departments. Escalate incidents when necessary. * **Continuous improvement:** Identify improvement opportunities in inbound and outbound processes. Participate in implementing operational improvements and process changes. #### **What are we looking for?** * **Experience as a Team Leader in inbound and/or outbound logistics.** * **Operational leadership:** ability to manage teams across different warehouse areas. * **Results-oriented:** focus on productivity, quality, and deadline adherence. * **Problem-solving ability:** agile decision-making in response to daily incidents. * **Operational flexibility:** ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities. #### **What do we offer?** **Starting salary:** €24,500–€26,500 gross annual salary, depending on experience, with an indefinite-term contract. **Working hours:** rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
