And if you work on holidays, they’re compensated with extra vacation days! ### **What Will You Do as a Management Assistant at La Boca Te Lía?** Your mission will be to **support management in the restaurant’s daily operations**, learning and actively participating in all management areas to prepare yourself as a future leader. Your key responsibilities: Support daily supervision of the restaurant: kitchen, dining room, and service. Participate in scheduling shifts, vacations, and team coverage. Learn how to train, motivate, and develop staff. Collaborate in inventory control, ordering, waste tracking, and recipe costing. Understand and analyze performance indicators: average ticket, sales, food cost. Handle incidents and participate in resolving critical situations. Ensure, together with management, that every customer leaves with a smile. Uphold compliance with cleaning, quality, and prevention protocols. Report progress and learnings to the Area Manager and the Training Department. ### **Your Next Step** The **Management Assistant** position is the **gateway to Management**. During this stage, you’ll be trained so that, when a vacancy arises, you can **promote to Restaurant Manager**. ### **Requirements:** Prior experience in supervisory or similar roles in hospitality or fast-casual dining. Interest and vocation for progressing into a management role. Basic knowledge of office software and digital tools. Passion for hospitality and for people. Ability to work collaboratively, learn, and progressively assume responsibilities. Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends).
