At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, we continue strengthening our technical team and are looking for architects with approximately 5 years of experience to join our Operations department as **Project Design Manager.** We seek **profiles** with strong **technical capability**, sound **judgment**, and **motivation** to contribute to high-complexity residential developments within a highly integrated environment. The role will involve residential projects of varying scales and typologies: from boutique developments to large premium residential complexes and high-rise residential towers — always with significant emphasis on **design quality**, amenities, and creation of an **aspirational architectural identity.** **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a **proactive** individual with **attention to detail** and **strong teamwork skills**, who will closely collaborate with the **construction team** to ensure adherence to **timelines**, **quality standards**, and continuous improvement of **processes**. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * Technical development and coordination of residential projects. * Design monitoring and product definition. * Coordination with external architecture and engineering teams. * Analysis and optimization of technical and construction solutions. * Participation in value engineering and project enhancement processes. * Integration of design criteria, cost, construction, and customer experience. * Technical support throughout various project phases. **Requirements:** * Architect. * Approximately 5 years of experience in residential projects. * Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Excel, and AI tools applied to design and development processes. * Strong organizational and technical coordination skills. * Interest in architectural quality, detailing, and project optimization. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
