Positive work environment Zambú Higiene is selecting a Generalist HR Technician with experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) to comprehensively manage the people function. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive management of recruitment processes: defining job profiles, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates. * Planning and managing the onboarding process for new hires. * Personnel administration: drafting and managing employment contracts, registration and deregistration of employees, absenteeism monitoring, vacation management, incident handling, and coordination with payroll/accounting service providers. * Payroll management and monitoring (collecting variables, reviewing data, and coordinating with external providers). * Designing, implementing, and monitoring training and development plans. * Performance evaluation and support for career development plans. * Workplace climate management. * Developing internal policies and communications (protocols, manuals, internal regulations, etc.). * Supervising compliance with current labor legislation and updating policies in response to legislative changes. * Preparing HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, costs, etc.). * Supporting organizational transformation processes and corporate culture initiatives. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): * Risk assessment and monitoring. * Planning preventive activities. * Coordination with external prevention services. * Accident investigation and health surveillance. * OHS training. * Documentation management. Requirements: * Degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field. * Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience as a generalist HR technician. * Experience in OHS. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in HR management tools.
