Description
Some job postings take fifteen paragraphs to convey what really matters. We start right there: **Remote work for most of the week.** **Two mornings on-site.** **Flexible schedule — you decide.** **Our own technological product.** **A people-centered way of working.** **️ Salary range: €25,000 – €28,000 SBA.** **Before reading further, let us introduce ourselves** We are a team of over 100 people across **Spain and Colombia**. We develop **Spiga\+**, a technological solution used by dealerships, repair shops, and importers to manage their daily operations. We have **20 years** of experience in the **automotive sector**, and we are part of the **Salvador Caetano Group.** Above all, we believe in *responsibility*, *trust*, and *doing work well.* **Let’s get started!** We are looking to bring on board a person to join our Product Team to continue evolving **Spiga\+**, our management software for the automotive sector. Every time Spiga\+ connects with a client’s system, someone must understand how both systems should communicate, clarify this for Development to build it, and verify that it works before delivery to the client. **We’re looking for that person!** **Responsibilities** ---------- **Your mission** * You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, product, and business. * You’ll participate in new Spiga\+ developments and integrations, supporting each project from initial analysis through testing and final validation. * You’ll collaborate with Development, clients, suppliers, and various internal departments. * Your role will be to understand needs, organize information, and ensure all parties speak the same language. **On a day-to-day basis…** * You’ll analyze new features and integrations. * You’ll translate them into clear functional requirements. * You’ll prepare the necessary documentation for Development. * You’ll attend meetings with clients and technology suppliers. * You’ll conduct technical and functional tests. * You’ll validate that each solution addresses the original problem. * You’ll identify issues and opportunities for improvement. * You’ll explain processes and features in simple terms. * You’ll contribute ideas to further evolve the product. *We don’t expect you to know everything from day one.* *We do expect curiosity, sound judgment, and a desire to understand how the pieces fit together.* **You’ll enjoy this role if…** * You like researching before answering. * You need to understand the “why” behind things. * You enjoy turning complexity into clarity. * You can communicate effectively with both technical and business profiles. * You prefer working autonomously while assuming responsibility. * You spot improvements and propose them. * You know how to listen, ask questions, and explain clearly. * You seek stability — and continued growth. **Requirements** -------------- **What we need to get started:** * University degree in Computer Science or a related field. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs. * Knowledge of SQL Server. * At least one year of experience in functional analysis, product management, integrations, software development, or similar roles. * Bonus points if you’re also familiar with the automotive sector, dealership and repair shop environments, or enterprise management systems. *We don’t require a perfect paper profile.* *What matters most is your ability to learn, connect information, and thrive in projects involving diverse people and departments.* **Benefits** -------------- **What you’ll find here:** **True flexibility:** ️ You may schedule your workday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. ️ We work remotely and meet on-site two mornings per week. ️ Flexibility isn’t just mentioned in the job ad — it’s embedded in how we organize ourselves. **Our own product:** ️ You won’t jump from project to project without ever getting to know them. ️ You’ll contribute to the evolution of Spiga\+, our proprietary technological product with over 20 years of history. ️ What you analyze, document, and test will go into production and be used by our clients. **Autonomy within a team:** ️ You’ll have space to organize your work, take initiative, and propose improvements. ️ You’ll also have colleagues to share knowledge with, resolve doubts, and co-create solutions. Autonomy does not mean working alone. **Technology connected to reality:** ️ You’ll work directly on real needs of dealerships, repair shops, clients, and suppliers. ️ Here, technology has direct application — and the impact of your work is visible. **A stable project offering continued growth:** ️ We seek someone who can grow steadily in this role, progressively deepen their expertise, and take on new challenges as they advance. ️ We offer specialized training, mentoring, job stability, and immediate onboarding. **Does this suit you?** Send us your application. We want to know what you’ve done — but also how you think, what you’d like to learn, and what you’re seeking in your next project. And of course, feel free to ask us anything you need to decide whether Lidera is the right place for you. We look forward to meeting you!
