About the position We are seeking to immediately hire a **Qualified Bricklayer** with a solid track record and proven experience in the construction and renovation sector to work in the **Murcia area and surrounding regions**. We are looking for a highly autonomous professional who is solution-oriented, meticulous about finishes, and seeking stability within a serious and professional team. Main responsibilities * **Autonomous execution** of general masonry work (partition walls, bricklaying, block laying, plastering, and finishing). * High-quality **tiling and flooring** (bathrooms, kitchens, floors). * Comprehensive renovation projects and/or new construction projects in the Murcia area. * Interpretation of blueprints and on-site layout without requiring constant supervision. Mandatory requirements (Please do not apply if you do not meet these) * **Proven experience:** Minimum **5 years** working as a Qualified Bricklayer. * **Class B driver's license** (Essential for using company vehicles and traveling to various job sites in the region). * **Residence in Murcia or nearby areas**, to facilitate daily commuting. * A responsible, punctual individual who delivers clean, finished work and can manage the pace of construction projects. * **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) course** for the construction sector (20 hours).
