Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator – Maintenance Support for Saint-Gobain Weber, responsible for production operations, quality control, maintenance, and environmental management. Responsibilities: * Operate and support the production process, collaborating with various operations along the production chain and assisting the team throughout the production cycle. * Conduct quality controls, identifying errors or deviations in products before production completion. * Ensure proper functioning of plant equipment and facilities. * Carry out periodic inspections of equipment and facilities. * Verify the condition of equipment and materials, ensuring correct operation and immediately reporting any incidents. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, properly managing waste generated during the shift. * Comply with and supervise safety measures, reporting any anomalies in the plant and adhering to established regulations. * Ensure appropriate environmental management, controlling waste, discharges, emissions, and promoting practices of reduction, reuse, and energy savings. * Manage and maintain environmental documentation, including waste records, environmental incidents, drills, and deviations from the Management System. * Support internal logistics, using the forklift for correct material placement and assisting in stock control, green points, SLOBs, and safe storage of hazardous waste. **Is this job right for you?** If you have: * *Factory operator experience* * *Recent forklift operator experience within the last 3 years in the industrial sector, plus a valid forklift license* * *Industrial maintenance knowledge (desirable)* * *Electro-Mechanical training (desirable)* * *Learning motivation* * *Drive and proactivity* * *Versatile and dynamic* * *Open-minded* * *Strong interpersonal skills* * *Teamwork orientation* **More about us** "MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME — that is why we exist and what drives us; you will directly contribute to this purpose.
