At **TM Grupo Inmobiliario**, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are seeking an **IT Business** professional to join our team in **Torrevieja**, eager to grow professionally within a well-established and dynamic company. **What are we looking for?** We seek a **proactive** individual with **strong analytical skills** and **business orientation**, who will collaborate closely with the **Economic\-Financial** and **Organization & ICT** departments to ensure the proper evolution of **SAP** solutions, optimization of **business processes**, and advancement of **digital transformation.** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Manage implementation, enhancement, and improvement projects for **SAP in the Economic\-Financial area**, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution. * Serve as the **functional reference** for the **SAP FI and CO modules**, providing advanced user support and coordinating incident resolution. * Drive the **digital transformation** of the department by optimizing and automating financial processes leveraging the capabilities of **SAP S/4HANA.** * Ensure data quality and integration between SAP and other corporate tools for treasury and Business Intelligence. * **Train and support users**, promoting SAP adoption and knowledge transfer. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics**, or related field. * Additional qualifications in **Information Systems, SAP Consulting, Project Management** (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Certified Associate), or similar will be valued. * Minimum of **4 years' experience** in **SAP environments**, participating in implementation, migration, or enhancement projects. * Proven experience with **SAP FI, CO, PS, RE, and SAP S/4HANA modules.** * Experience with Qlik, SAP BW, or Kyriba is desirable. * Strong analytical capability, results orientation, proactivity, and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for **professional development** within a sector-leading company. * A **dynamic** and **challenging** work environment with innovative projects. * Access to **continuous training** and industry best practices. * A **competitive salary** and **additional benefits.** **If you are seeking a new challenge in the construction sector and meet the requirements, we look forward to hearing from you!**
