We are currently seeking an **Electrical and IT Supervisor** to join a major pharmaceutical company. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical supervision of electrical installations and IT infrastructure on site, ensuring correct execution of works in accordance with quality standards, applicable regulations, and project specifications. ***What will you do?*** * Daily partial-site presence. * Technical supervision of electrical installations and IT infrastructure. * Verification of execution against IFC drawings and technical specifications. * Review of electrical panels and final wiring (redline). * Coordination with HVAC, utilities, process, control, and automation disciplines. * Resolution of RFIs and technical issues jointly with engineering teams. * Ad-hoc supervision of electrical tests and commissioning activities. * Quality control of execution and compliance with the Low-Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT). * Drawing review and model updates. **What do we offer?** * Long-term outsourcing project assignment through IDEA. * Participation in highly technically complex industrial projects. * Multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. * Professional development alongside leading companies in the industrial sector. * Stability and support from the IDEA team. * On-site location according to project needs. * Continuous training and professional growth. And if you've read this far, we encourage you to learn more about our incredible IDEATeam: https://ideaingenieria.es/trabaja\-con\-nosotros/ REQUIREMENTS ### **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Bachelor’s, Diploma, or University Degree. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical installations. * Experience supervising electrical work on site. * Knowledge of IFC drawings and technical documentation for industrial projects. * Familiarity with applicable electrical regulations and the REBT. * Ability to coordinate activities across various technical disciplines. * Proficiency in the local language (native or equivalent level). ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in industrial IT infrastructure. * Participation in electrical testing and commissioning processes. * Experience in industrial projects within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar sectors. * Knowledge of automation and control systems. * English language proficiency.
