We are seeking a person to manage construction projects in the Murcia area. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and financial control of each project. Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical management will also be coordinated. Additionally, the role involves preparing certifications and measurements, while monitoring deviations from the planned budget. Communication with property owners and the project's technical staff will be essential for successful project execution. Compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and on-site safety regulations must be guaranteed. This position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract.
