At **VengaJobs**, a consultancy specialized in national and international recruitment and talent mobility, we are collaborating with a leading company in tourist accommodation management in Ferrol to hire **a Tourist Accommodation Receptionist.** We seek a communicative, organized, and service-oriented profile who wishes to be the visible face of a company managing thousands of accommodations annually across Ferrolterra and Asturias, ensuring a high-quality experience for each guest from the very first contact. ***ABOUT THE POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Manage guest check-in and check-out processes at tourist accommodations within the portfolio, either on-site or remotely. * Address guest inquiries, issues, and requests during their stay, providing agile solutions with strong customer orientation. * Coordinate with cleaning and operations teams to ensure accommodations are ready within scheduled timeframes. * Manage reservations, communications, and availability updates via vacation rental platforms. * Monitor guest reviews and ratings, relaying feedback to the team to support continuous service improvement. ***MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** * Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field (desirable). * Experience in customer service within tourism, hotel, or vacation rental environments (desirable). * Proficient use of digital tools and reservation management platforms (desirable). * Conversational English level (desirable); additional languages are valued. * Communicative, solution-oriented, organized, and highly customer-focused profile. ***WHAT WE OFFER*** * Join a leading company in tourist accommodation management in Galicia, also present in Asturias. * A visible role with direct responsibility for the guest experience. * Opportunities for continuity and promotion based on performance, plus job stability within a rapidly growing company in the tourism sector. * A dynamic environment featuring proprietary technology and a culture centered on quality and continuous improvement.
