Therefore, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and eager to grow with us. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for a Talent Technician for our offices in Chantada. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring performance evaluation processes, contributing to continuous improvement of organizational performance. * Contribute to designing various policies, projects, and programs within the Human Resources Development area. * Provide support and advisory services on development and talent matters to other internal departments. * Coordinate with other internal teams and departments to identify diverse needs. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered a strong advantage. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Management and Development. * Knowledge of SuccessFactors and experience in data analysis using Excel will be valued. **What do we offer?** We offer you a challenging project with clear career progression and strong potential for professional development.
