**Are you passionate about helping people move better and improve their well-being?** At **My Flex Club**, we are looking for movement professionals to join our team in **Elche**. We are the **first concept in Spain specialized in 1\&1 assisted stretching**, an innovative method focused on improving mobility, flexibility, and quality of life for our clients. Our founders have **over 16 years of experience** in personal training and movement, and you will join a team where you’ll receive specialized training to become an expert in our method. Who are we looking for? If you hold qualifications in any of the following fields, we’d love to meet you: * Physiotherapy. * Certified massage therapy. * Personal training, sports training, or physical conditioning. We seek individuals who: * Are passionate about fitness, mobility, and flexibility. * Enjoy helping others achieve their goals. * Possess excellent communication skills and empathy. * Can create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment. * Are responsible, committed, and uphold a strong work ethic. * Are available to complete our **Specialist Stretching Training Program**, comprising over **40 hours** of online, in-person, and practical training. What will your responsibilities be? * Conduct individual assisted stretching sessions. * Motivate and support clients throughout each session. * Retain My Flex Club members and deliver an outstanding experience. * Ensure client safety by correctly applying stretching techniques and club protocols. * Participate in team meetings and internal training sessions. * Address client needs and concerns. * Collaborate in events, promotional days, and commercial activities as required. * Maintain an active social media presence to support club growth. * Keep equipment and work areas in perfect condition.
