Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking on behalf of our client for a **Maintenance Technician** to support various centers across the Region of Murcia. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company offering a collaborative work environment and continuous expansion. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Perform general maintenance tasks across various centers. * Carry out interventions in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, locksmithing, and painting. * Maintain and inspect air conditioning systems. * Resolve technical incidents and malfunctions. * Support facility improvement and preservation. * Travel to various locations within the Region of Murcia. **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance tasks. * General knowledge across multiple technical areas (electricity, plumbing, etc.). * Valid driving license type B. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. **Desirable** * Experience with air conditioning systems. * Prior experience maintaining similar facilities. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent, full-time contract. * Salary around €20,000 gross per annum, negotiable based on experience provided. * Opportunity for professional growth and development within an expanding company. * Dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
