Opportunities for professional growth and development **Job Description:** ---------------- We are currently seeking an **Industrial Building Project Engineer**, who will join our Engineering Division at our offices in Murcia. Your main objective will be to participate in project assignments according to our methodology and client-specific requirements. Working alongside your team, you will ensure the proper execution of projects in terms of cost, quality, and timeline. **Key responsibilities include:** * Participating in projects across industrial, logistics, and food sectors, applying defined methodologies while adapting to each client’s specific needs, with the goal of ensuring successful project delivery in terms of cost, quality, and schedule. * Ensuring integration, coordination, and optimal performance of the project team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. * Acting as the liaison among subcontractors, internal offices, and regulatory authorities, managing client relations from a holistic project perspective. * Applying your knowledge of industrial processes in sectors such as food, industrial, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical. * Contributing to the design and sizing of industrial facilities (ensuring technical feasibility and regulatory compliance) and performing calculations related to industrial building construction. **By joining our team, you will enjoy:** * Flexible working hours enabling a healthy work-life balance. * Additional compensation benefits included in the company’s flexible benefits and remuneration package. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic environment. * Continuous training to support ongoing learning and career advancement. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent. * Professional registration (or willingness to register) and signing authority. * Mandatory: Minimum 4 years’ experience in the described functions, including experience in industrial projects within the food, industrial, logistics, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical sectors. * Availability for occasional travel (same-day round trips) to project locations. * Demonstrable knowledge of civil works in industrial building and industrial installations (foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, walls, site development, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection system calculations, etc.). * Proficiency in calculation software and tools. * Familiarity with BIM environments (Revit, TEKLA Navisworks, etc.). * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle.
