SITE MANAGER/ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a site manager to work on our construction projects in Aspe, with experience in residential building. We are a leading company in the construction sector and a reference in the province of Alicante since 1992\. We seek a motivated individual possessing the skills and capabilities required to perform the duties of a site manager, as described below. Depending on the candidate, there is the possibility of a minimum daily commitment of 5 hours, allowing the candidate to carry out other self-employed work outside the agreed working hours. Reporting to the Site Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: * Conducting and assisting in site layout surveys and interpreting construction drawings. * Controlling and supervising quality and cost-efficiency during execution of works. * Coordinating subcontractors and in-house teams on a daily basis. * Motivating both in-house and subcontracted workers to achieve optimal productivity. * Organizing various works, storage areas, loading/unloading zones, and site access points. * Planning schedules, resources, and material procurement. * Monitoring and ensuring adherence to scheduled project deadlines. * Ability to resolve unexpected issues arising during construction execution. * Proactively reporting construction-related problems to the Site Manager. * Direct communication with the Site Manager. * Participating alongside the Site Manager in project planning.
