We are currently seeking a **Key Account Manager** to join our sales team and contribute to the growth of our business. If you seek stable, dynamic work and wish to advance your career in an environment built on respect and diversity, we offer you the chance to do so by joining our team. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage and expand the customer portfolio across various European markets. * Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe, with particular focus on expanding our presence. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, advice, and project follow-up. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics departments to ensure product and service delivery meets established quality standards. * Oversee the entire process, ensuring orders are processed correctly and within scheduled timeframes. * Efficiently manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the sector and customer service, ensuring achievement of set objectives. * Use the company’s CRM tool to maintain an organized and detailed record of all customer interactions. * Provide assistance regarding the use of our products, addressing queries and delivering customized solutions. * Maintain smooth communication with Area Delegates to anticipate their needs and resolve issues efficiently. ### **Conditions** * Join a leading multinational company in its sector, with strong growth prospects. * Work in a collaborative environment alongside professionals who will support your development. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in a similar role. * Native Polish, German or Portuguese, and English at C1 level. * Teamwork skills. * SAP experience. * Knowledge of procurement, marketing, and logistics. * Willingness to travel.
