In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Contributing to the development of High-Net-Worth clients through specialized advisory services on the organization’s offerings, aiming to earn our clients’ trust and loyalty. * Growing and linking your clients’ portfolios through the management of value-added products: loans, investments, insurance, and commercial levers (e.g., portability, collective solutions, SME synergies, etc.) * Managing your current client acquisition portfolio (including fluctuations and maturities), while focusing on attracting larger volumes of deposits and new clients. * Conducting daily effective calls and visits to prospects and existing clients, ensuring knowledge of your portfolio reaches 50% within one year through campaign management, investment adjustments, maturity tracking, and other commercial levers. * Providing differentiated branch service to Select clients, whether for product or service requests, or for handling complaints and clarifications. * Accurately completing all product and service contracts—especially account openings and UPLD forms—and attaching the corresponding client documentation before formalization and submission to the Branch Deputy Manager. * Mastering core commercial and tracking tools to ensure optimal management and advisory services for clients and prospects, meeting segment objectives. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength.
